SHIPPING POLICY


We at Riwayat Boutique, understand how important it is for the customer to receive their purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use best logistic partners to deliver your products to you safely and early as possible.

Just Order from us, and after your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email of your purchase, including tracking information. Our shipping cost varies depending upon the Product weight and our Delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days, depending upon the destination of your order.


SHIPPING FAQ’s


How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please checkout product for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach our customers

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on  9872248430 or write to us at riwayatboutiquee@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to be paid or not, its totally not under our control.

COURIER

  • Delivery takes 7-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification and administrative processes.

  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.

  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.

  • The customer or addressee or anyone living at the address required to sign, to receive the package at the door.

  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that.

  • Cash on delivery is not available.

CANCELLATION

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Riwayat Boutique and accept the Riwayat’s decision regarding the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY THE RIWAYAT

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Riwayat Boutique and accept Riwayat’s decision regarding the cancellation.


MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 9am to 6.30pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
